Position Overview:

Girman Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled ERPNext Developer to join our team. If you have experience working with the Frappe Framework, Python, and Vue.js, and are passionate about building and optimizing ERP solutions, we’d love to hear from you! As an ERPNext Developer, you will be responsible for customizing, developing, and maintaining ERPNext solutions, ensuring seamless performance and usability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ERP functionalities and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERPNext Development & Customization:
2. Develop, customize, and deploy ERPNext modules based on business requirements.
3. Implement custom scripts, reports, and workflows within ERPNext.
4. Backend & API Development:
5. Write clean, efficient, and scalable backend logic using Python and the Frappe Framework.
6. Develop and integrate REST APIs for seamless data exchange.
7. Frontend Development:
8. Work with Vue.js to enhance ERPNext's frontend experience.
9. Implement user-friendly interfaces and optimize performance.
10. Database Management & Optimization:
11. Ensure efficient database queries and performance tuning.
12. Maintain data integrity and security.
13. Deployment & Maintenance:
14. Manage ERPNext deployments and server configurations.
15. Debug and resolve issues to ensure system stability.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: 1 – 3 years of hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework.

✅ Technical Skills:

1. Strong expertise in ERPNext & Frappe Framework.
2. Proficiency in Python for backend development.
3. Experience with Vue.js for frontend enhancements.
4. Understanding of database design and management.
   
5. ✅ Problem-Solving & Communication: Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ERP workflows efficiently.
   
6. ✅ Immediate Joiners Preferred – Candidates available to start right away will be prioritized.

Bonus Points:

🚀 Experience with custom app development on ERPNext.

🚀 Knowledge of server deployment & DevOps practices.

🚀 Familiarity with other JavaScript frameworks.
